Welcome to Go Cam (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website [www.gocam.co.il] (the “Site”), our mobile applications, and all services provided by Go Cam, including the sale of physical security cameras and cloud storage services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or use services through our Site. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Go Cam offers:

• Security Cameras: High-quality physical security cameras available for purchase through our Site.

• Cloud Storage Services: Subscription-based cloud storage options accessible via our mobile applications, allowing users to store and manage video footage securely.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Prices are listed in [currency] and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Payments must be made at the time of purchase through approved payment methods.

• Go Cam reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

• Products are shipped to the address you provide during checkout.

• Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience but are not guaranteed.

• Go Cam is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external events beyond our control.

• Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis.

• Services auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

• Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through the Go Cam app settings.

• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless otherwise required by law.

• Physical products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and meet our return policy requirements.

• Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is defective.

• Cloud storage subscriptions are non-refundable after activation.

• Creating an account is required for accessing cloud services.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

• You agree to notify Go Cam immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• All content, including logos, software, graphics, and product designs, are the intellectual property of Go Cam or its licensors.

• No material may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission from Go Cam.

• Use the Site or Services for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

• Interfere with other users' access or compromise the integrity of our systems.

• Attempt to hack, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the Site or applications.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Cam shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or damage to equipment.

Use of our Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Go Cam reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Site or Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
